Technical
Economics Advisory (LTD) TEA was established in 1987 as a private consultancy
office. The license was transferred to a newly established limited liability
company in 1989 with main functions being economical, industrial, management
& automation advisory services.
The
company (TEA) is registered as a Kuwaiti company (Commercial Registration
# 11865) at the Ministry of Trade and Commerce in Kuwait, which is the
supervisory authority over the company’s activities, licenses renewal and
financial audit final ratification. The company is also registered at the
Chamber of Commerce of Kuwait and the Kuwaiti Consultants Registrar at
the Ministry of Planning of Kuwait.
TEA services a Clients-Base of Kuwait
Government, Semi-Government and GCC Private Institutions as well as Individuals.
TEA also has representation, cooperation and advisory agreements with some
International Institutions.
TEA has affiliates and representative
offices in most of its activities areas such as Kuwait, United Arab Emirates
and USA.
